Description
XhoI, GMP Grade, is obtained by recombinant expression in Escherichia coli and can precisely digest target DNA within 15 minutes to 1 hour. This product is manufactured and quality-controlled in compliance with GMP specifications, ensuring full traceability of the production process and raw materials. The entire production process does not involve the use of antibiotics or any animal-derived materials and excipients. Heat Inactivation
Incubation at 80℃ for 20 minutes.

Cleavage with this restriction enzyme may be blocked or impaired when the substrate DNA is methylated by the CpG methylase.
