Description
EcoRI, ADCF, is a genetically engineered recombinant enzyme that allows precise DNA cleavage within 15 minutes to 1 hour. It is suitable for rapid enzyme digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, genomic DNA, and other DNA samples.

Heat Inactivation
Incubation at 80℃ for 20 minutes.
